Yin Yoga 

Slow Flow Yoga:  Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues through holding poses for 3-5 minutes. Acupressure versus acupuncture. These long holds promote cell rejuvenation while decreasing tension and restoring balance to our very YANG lives. Think: Deep Tissue Massage. Beginner Friendly but Challenging. Benefits: Unlimited.
