Yin Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga: Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues through holding poses for 3-5 minutes. Acupressure versus acupuncture. Strength & Stability
Active older adults workout consisting of cardiovascular warm up with dynamic structing. Workouts vary in exercises weekly but always include strength training and stability training.
