Permit for Gatherings on Public Property, Including the Beach
The City of Isle of Palms requires a permit for gatherings of more than 50 people on public property, including the beach and beach access paths.
Please complete the Permit Application for Gatherings below. Applications must be submitted to the Police Department no later than 14 days prior to the planned gathering.
Note: A person seeking the issuance of an Amplified Music Permit should file an application with the Chief of Police. The Amplified Music Permit application complies with City of Isle of Palms Ordinance 9-2-5(e).
