IOP Marina Public Dock and Greenspace

• Dock completed and ribbon cutting was held February 7th.
• Parking engineer and marina tenants will be invited to future workshop to discuss potential parking layouts for implementation in upcoming winter.

Swings for the public dock have been installed and the contractor is finalizing the electrical system and the barriers. Ribbon cutting scheduled for February 7th at 10:30am.

Technical workshop held in March to identify vulnerabilites and establish agreed upon sea level rise projections. Stakeholder meetings held w the Planning Commission and Enviromental Advisory Committee in May. Sea Level Rise Community Engagement Survey released in July and deadline is August 1.

OP Marina Public Dock & Greenspace

• Funding Source: $1.7M ($1M ARP, Marina Fund, Muni ATAX & State ATAX)
• Pile driving and superstructure construction almost complete. Delay on the floating dock and ADA gangway submittals, due in part to challenges with confirmation of location of subaqueous electrical cable that runs from the IOP to Goat Island near proposed floating dock. Substantial completion date is June 16th but may be pushed.

IOP Marina "T" Dock Repairs

Removal of electrical and water systems, repairs to fixed pier and floatind dock and installation of fire extinguisher pedestals included in Truluck contract. Tenants requested to extend finger piers in lieu of new electrical and water systems, which requires permit modification from regulatory agencies. ATM provided proposal to City for permit modification assistance and coordination.
