Debris Collection Updates

7/13/23 Update: The City of Isle of Palms is experiencing delays in debris collection due to equipment mechanical issues. The city is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible by partnering with other debris collection servicers.

7/14/23 Update: 

A city-wide debris sweep will begin on Monday, July 17, 2023, and is scheduled to be completed in less than two weeks. Once the sweep is completed, the city’s regular debris collection schedule will resume.

We can’t thank you enough for your patience as we work to resolve this issue. More updates to follow.

7/25/2023 Update: 

In partnership with a debris contractor, the city has collected about 75% of debris on the island. We are working to resume normal operations next week (week of 7/31) and will continue to post updates as we progress.
