Runoff Election to be Held Nov. 19

A runoff election will be held on November 19, 2024, to fill an unexpired seat on City Council. 

The candidates on the ballot are Susan Hill Smith and Rusty Streetman. 

This election is being held under new rules for providing Photo ID at the polling place. The polls will open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the polling places:

  • Isle of Palms 1A
    Isle of Palms City Hall
    1207 Palm Boulevard  
  • Isle of Palms 1B & 1C                                         
    Isle of Palms Recreation Center           
    24 28th Avenue

Early voting will be held from November 13 through November 15, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Charleston County Board of Voter Registration and Elections Headquarters, located at 4340 Corporate Road, North Charleston, SC.
