Charleston County Recycling Collection

During the week of Labor Day, Charleston County Recycling Collection will occur on September 6, 2024 (delayed by one day).

After the week of Labor Day, Recycling Collection will occur every other Thursday. 

Charleston County collects all recyclables in blue, 95-gallon roll-out carts once every two weeks. Single stream recycling means all recyclable items may be placed together in the bin without sorting. Click here to determine the pick-up day for an address.
