Charleston County Road Rejuvenation Project
On Monday, October 25, 2021, Charleston County will begin a “rejuvenation” project on Waterway Boulevard between 41st and 21st Avenue and other roads in Isle of Palms. Charleston County performs this preservation treatment 3 to 5 years after they pave a road. This treatment helps maintain roads in good condition for longer periods of time.
The work will be performed by Pavement Technology. The contractor will manage traffic control, which will include single lane closures while the product is applied.
