Request for Proposals 2009-03

June 22, 2009 Update: The City has issued Addendum #1 in response to questions submitted regarding RFP 2009-03.

The City of Isle Palms is requesting proposals for the operation of its marina by two methods - to lease the property to run the marina or to enter into a management agreement to manage the marina operations.  Proposers are required to respond by both methods.  This request will be bid and awarded pursuant to the City's procurement ordinance.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.  Proposal bids will be accepted until 2 p.m., e.d.t., July 15, 2009.  Proposers must carefully read and adhere to the complete set of bid documents.
